Nothing I love more then a cold crisp sunny day, 14 layers of clothes and we set out on our adventurous tree hunt. Sticky fingers from too many candy canes, muddy shoes and knees from the tumbling in the "forest" and the perfect tree! Though the husband would rather truck through the actual forest in the mountains, we settled for the tree farm down the street. You still technically have to cut the tree down, so it is "forest" like. Plus Mama would rather have a tree that has been cared for and cut in the right spots to make it just perfect for Christmas decorations! We found the perfect tree and enjoyed our little adventure!
