He likes his voice!

I have a screamer on my hands! Carter's fun new game is to scream. He is not having it, with me blogging right now. I will catch up later!

By the way . . . I am 30!

Well it came and went, I turned the big 3-0! Eric and I went out to a grown up dinner with a few of my girlfriends and their lovely husbands. And wouldn't you know it, the battery in my camera died after the first 6 pictures! So I didn't get to capture that many exciting shots. Nothing got to crazy, I think we were home by midnight. Grandparents were excited because they got to watch the little one! I had a blast, it was so much fun. Yummy sushi and good wine! Perfect night!





Every year, Eric makes me a cake for my birthday. I have the perfect husband!

A close friend recently took Carter's 6 month pictures for me. He is impossible to get to smile when the camera clicks but I really think she still captured his personality. My little man is so big!

Sweet tooth already. . .

We went on a garden tour yesterday at a family friend's house. This couple has 25 acres of garden, it is amazing although my allergies were going crazy!

After we went inside for apps and Carter found the cookie plate. Carter is definatly Eric's son, taking after the sweet tooth in the family!

Yummy sweet potatoes!!!

Mama made homemade sweet potatoe baby food. Carter loved it! His eyes just about popped out of his head after the first bite. He looked at me like "why you been holding out on me this long, with food like this?!!!" I am going to the market today to pick up fresh veggies and make baby food all day long!

6 months old!

Where does the time go? I blinked my eyes and our little man is 6 months old. Carter has changed our lives and I don't remember what it was like before him.

We went to Hayden's 2nd birthday last weekend. It was our first birthday that we got to participate in! How exciting, all the other birthdays he has slept through.
